Calibration Services

Having been in business for over 40 years has taught us the necessity of flexibility and working smarter. Increasing the number of technicians is not always the answer to handling an increase in workload or meeting the demands of the ever expanding requirements of Quality specifications. The experience of our technicians is complimented by the use of the Mudcats Metrology Suite software developed by Edison ESI Metrology Services. It is software developed by metrologists for metrologists.

This takes a lot of the leg work out of our technicians’ calibrations through the use of a datasheet designer, automated EMU calculations, multi-channel data collection technology, embedding specifications via SpecTrack right into the datasheet allowing for determination of conformance or non-conformance with that spec by incorporating the ability to apply uncertainty-based guard bands to calibration tolerances.

This multi-channel data collection technology has the ability to calibrate 8 instruments at once and each channel has a display module for “As Found” and “As Left” data. Mudcats collects parametric and calibration data from each channel on a point by point basis and saves it to a Mudcats database where it becomes available for statistical analysis later.
